To create tags in ActiveCampaign, follow these steps:
Log in to your ActiveCampaign account and select the "Contacts" menu.
On the Contacts page, click on the "Tags" section located in the top left corner.
In the form to create a label, enter a name and, optionally, a description.
Click the "Create tag" button to save the new label.
Tags are useful for organizing and according to your needs, such as distinguishing potential clients from current ones or classifying them by location or interests.
You can also use them in ActiveCampaign to trigger them, to send specific messages to tagged groups, such as a welcome email to "New subscribers."
