Accessing the E-commerce Dashboard
To utilize the E-commerce Dashboard:
Activate Deep Data Integration: Ensure deep data integration is active with your chosen e-commerce platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce).
Navigate to the Dashboard: Go to the main ActiveCampaign dashboard, find the "Ecommerce" tab, and click on it to access detailed insights.
Important Notes on Revenue Attribution
Shopify Users: The revenue shown will exclude discounts used in orders linked to your campaign.
WooCommerce and BigCommerce Users: Revenue displayed includes all discounts, providing transparency in financial data.
Attribution Window: ActiveCampaign attributes revenue to campaigns if purchases are made within 7 days after an email is opened or clicked by a contact.
Purchase Attribution: Purchases must be made by a contact who engaged with your email, emphasizing the value of personalized marketing.
