### Legal terms

By using any of our products, courses, programs and services, you agree to the refund policy as it appears and are legally bound by it, whether you have read it or not.&#x20;

If at any time you do not agree with these policies, please do not use our products and services. Please only purchase any of our products or services if you understand and agree to our refund policy.

### Refunds

We do not offer any refunds for your monthly or annual Wild Mail subscription. But you can cancel your subscription at any time.&#x20;

Once you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to Wild Mail until the date your subscription is due for renewal. You can cancel your account by following the steps explained in this [article](/account-and-billing/cancelations/cancel-account.md).
