Migrate accounts

There are two options to migrate an account to Wild Mail depending on the software you or one of your affiliates are currently using.

Migrate an ActiveCampaign account

1. Open Wild Mail

Your affiliate must access the Wild Mail app using the following link:
Remember to replace the word TOKEN in the above link with your affiliate token that you will find in your Rewardful panel. Below I'll show you where it is:

2. Fill in the fields

You will get to the next screen where you will have to enter your name and the API key and url of the ActiveCampaign account you want to migrate.
Note: Make sure the account details you enter are related to the account owner, not just any admin added to the account, as we need the account owner's unique API key.
After filling it in, click on Next.

3. Billing

On the next screen, you will need to enter your billing information. Once completed, click on Go to Stripe.

4. In Stripe

You will be redirected to Stripe to enter your credit card details. Once done, click Save Card to register it as your primary payment method for future invoices.

5. Email instructions

You will receive an email with instructions to your account's admin email address. Please reply to that email to continue with the migration process. The screen will display this information. Once you've responded to the email, click on I've responded.
The email you will receive will look like this, asking for your account migration confirmation.

6. Migration begins

Once you've replied to the above email with "I confirm that I would like to move my account", the migration process will begin in the backend.

7. Finish

When the migration process is finished, you will receive confirmation from us and ActiveCampaign. You will be able to access your Wild Mail account as you did before.

Now that the account is under our agency, you can start doing the basic configuration.

Migrate another type of account

To migrate an account from another type of provider such as Aweber, MailChimp, etc, follow the steps below.

1. Open Wild Mail

Your affiliate must access the Wild Mail app using the following link: https://app.wildmail.io/trial?via=TOKEN and create a trial account.
If they already have a trial account, then they can skip to the next step.

2. Request migration

Once the test account is set up, your affiliate should visit this page and complete the migration request form.

3. Confirmation
