In this section, you will find instructions on verifying your email in ActiveCampaign.
These are the instructions you need to verify your domain when setting up your account.
Log in to the new account.
Navigate to Campaigns in the left-hand menu.
Click the Create your first campaign button.
On the Campaign Summary page, enter your email address in the From Email field.
A warning banner will appear stating, "Your domain needs to be verified." Click the Send verification email button in this banner.
A domain verification email will be sent to the email address entered in the From Email field. Once sent successfully, a green alert will display: Domain verification email was sent.
The Campaign Summary page will show a “Pending verification” banner until the domain is verified. Campaigns cannot be sent until the domain is verified.
Check your email inbox for a message with the subject line "Please verify your domain for ActiveCampaign" and open it.
Click the “Verify” button in the email.
You will be redirected to the Settings > Advanced page of your ActiveCampaign child account. If prompted, log in.
Once domain verification is complete, the domain will show as “Authenticated:”
