🚨 Important notice:
The data you see in FirstPromoter is currently not up-to-date. We apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience!
We’re currently resolving some unexpected issues related to the data migration from Rewardful to FirstPromoter. This is our top priority right now and we aim to get it done as fast as possible. Your data and commissions are safe and not affected. Thank you for your understanding – we’ll keep you updated via email as we make progress!
To begin editing your profile:
Log in to your FirstPromoter account.
Click on your account name in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select “Profile Settings” from the dropdown menu.
Make sure to complete the Address and Country fields in your profile. This information is required to generate your commission invoices correctly.
While only some fields are required to receive your commissions, we highly recommend completing all profile fields. This helps us get to know our partners better and may increase your chances of being selected for future partner campaigns! Here’s what you should consider filling out:
Profile Picture – Make your profile more personal and recognizable.
Company Name – Helpful for identifying your brand.
Website – Showcase your business or content platform.
Social Media Links – Let us see where you’re active.
Phone Number – Optional, but can be useful for certain campaigns or account-related questions.
Depending on your location, you'll need to enter your tax ID in the "Company Number" field:
If you're a freelancer (self-employed) or do not have an international VAT number, please enter your NIF/CIF or DNI.
Format: 00000000-W
If you don’t have an international VAT number, you can enter your local tax number instead.
VAT ID Format: WW123456789
You’ll be only able to choose your payout method after your first commissions become available.
Here’s how it works:
Once your first commissions are ready, you’ll receive a notification.
You can then log into your account and select the payout method you prefer (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer).
