# New Affiliation Software
### **Why did we make this change?**
We previously used **Rewardful**, a tool that was helpful at the time but had become outdated and lacked innovation for several years. This stagnation limited our growth and the potential for improvement in our affiliate program.
We have chosen to take a significant step forward to modernize the program. Our goal is to offer better conditions and introduce new features that will enable us to achieve levels of excellence that we could not have achieved with Rewardful.
### What is the selected tool?
We have chosen **FirstPromoter**, an innovative platform that offers robust functionalities and a promising roadmap for the future. With FirstPromoter, we will be able to implement advanced tools that will enhance the experience of our partners.

FirstPromoter offers an intuitive interface, customization options, and streamlined processes that make managing your affiliate account easier than ever.
### How does this "impact"? What are the benefits?
The change brings several direct benefits for our partners:
* **Simple and Error-Free Affiliate Management**: Adding new affiliates will be easier than ever.
* **Improved UI**: A modern and user-friendly interface to optimize your experience.
* **Transparency**: Much clearer and more accessible commissions and affiliations.
* **Automatic Monthly Payments**: Receive your commissions effortlessly, in EUR or USD.
* **Automatic Invoicing**: Forget about bureaucracy.
* **Diverse Payment Methods**: More options to receive your earnings.
* **Future Features**: New tools and exclusive benefits we’ll launch in the coming months.
### What are the key actions partners must take?
After **March 31st**, your current affiliate links will stop working, and you will no longer receive new referrals from your current Rewardful links.
Between **March 24th to March 31st**, you will have time to replace your old affiliates links for the new FirstPromoter links.
To do this:
1. **Access to your FirstPromoter account**
1. Log in on this [link](https://partners.wildmail.io/forgot-password).
2. Use the same email you used to sign up in the past
3. Set up your account (accept agreement, upload picture, website, social media, etc.)
2. **Update Your Affiliate Links**
1. Copy your new link, or create a new link if you want
2. Start replacing your old links with your new FirstPromoter affiliate link
### What happens to my existing affiliates?
All your current affiliates will **remain active and linked to your account**. This change does not affect existing affiliations, which allows you to keep earning the same amount of commissions as before of the change.
🚨 Please remember that you must continue to meet all the requirements for future payouts.
### How to complete the W-8 and W-9 forms? Is it mandatory?
Before receiving your first commissions on FirstPromoter, you’ll need to complete the W-8 or W-9 forms, depending on your fiscal situation and residence.
* **🇺🇸 W-9 Form**: American (USA) residences
* **🇪🇺 W-8 Form**: Non USA residences (Europe, Latam)
We will soon publish a detailed guide to help you fill out these forms quickly and accurately. Stay tuned for updates.
### How long will the current system (Rewardful) be active?
The current system and their links will remain operational until **March 31st**. After that date, you must transition to the FirstPromoter new links, to avoid interruptions on your new affiliates.

### FAQ
Can I select new payment methods?
Yes, FirstPromoter allows us to pay commissions using bank transfers, PayPal, Payoneer, and many other methods.
🚨 You can set this up ONLY when you receive your **first commission through FirstPromoter** ([loom](https://www.loom.com/share/91a880dfa5124677b22f3ebd9812e906?sid=35944183-742b-4b5b-97da-42cd87d2466e)).
Are the payment conditions the same?
FirstPromoter allows us to have more partner-friendly payment conditions, which have been updated as follows:
1. **Being a Wild Mail customer** *(remains the same)*
2. **Commissions are paid after 60 days from the conversion** *(remains the same)*
3. **Min. of 100€ in commissions** *(updated condition)*
4. **Have referred at least 2 active customers** *(remains the same)*
5. **Referring at least 1 account in the previous 12 months** *(updated condition)*
How often will I receive my payments?
If you meet the payment conditions, you can receive payments monthly in USD or EUR.
Where will my future invoices be?
You will find all your new invoices **automatically** generated in FirstPromoter.
What happens with my partner discounts?
The discounts created for partners will still work in the future as usual. Nothing change here.
What will happen if I use a Rewardful link instead of a FirstPromoter link after March 31st?
The commission won't apply to you because we will stop using Rewardful at that point.
What's happening with my discount codes? Will they stop working?
If you have discount codes added to your partner profile, they will continue to work the same way. You can continue sharing and using them.
🚨 Remember that discount codes are used to offer an incentive to your customers, not to assign affiliation. **Affiliation is done through the FirstPromoter link**.
