# Resetear contraseña

**NOTA:** Después de crear tu cuenta, accederás automáticamente a tu cuenta de ActiveCampaign. Si necesitas conocer tu contraseña o poner una nueva, deberás resetearla ya que ésta no se genera por razones de ciberseguridad.

Si necesitas resetear tu contraseña, sigue los siguientes pasos:

### 1. Página de login de ActiveCampaign

Ve a la página de inicio de sesión de tu cuenta ActiveCampaign. La dirección URL tendrá un aspecto similar a "**micuenta.activehosted.com/admin/**."

### 2. Clica en "¿Se olvidó?"

Haz clic en el " **¿Se olvidó?**" texto en el campo de contraseña.

### 3. Introduce to admin email

Escribe la dirección de correo electrónico que utilizas para iniciar sesión en tu cuenta y, a continuación, haz clic en " Enviar."&#x20;

Aparecerá un mensaje de confirmación en la pantalla. Ve a tu bandeja de entrada y busca un correo electrónico con la línea de asunto de "Instrucciones de restablecimiento de contraseña ActiveCampaign" y abre ese mensaje.

### 4. Actualiza tu contraseña

Haz clic en el " Actualizar contraseña ahora" en el correo electrónico. Serás redirigido a la página de inicio de sesión de tu cuenta. Escribe tu nueva contraseña en ambos campos y, a continuación, en haz clic en el botón " Enviar".

### 5. Vuelve a iniciar sesión

A continuación, volverás a iniciar sesión en tu cuenta de ActiveCampaign. Recuerda esta contraseña para cualquier caso futuro.
