# Actualizar o degradar tu cuenta

Si quieres actualizar o degradar tu cuenta, o cambiar de plan en Wild Mail, solo tienes que seguir los siguientes pasos.

### 1. Accede a tu app de facturación de Wild Mail

Accede a tu app de facturación de Wild Mail siguiendo [**estos pasos.**](https://docs.wildmail.io/spanish/cuenta-y-facturacion/acceso-a-la-app-de-wild-mail)

### 2. En la app de Wild Mail

Serás redirigido a la app de **Wild Mail**; una vez dentro, clica en **Facturación**.

### 3. Modifica tu plan

Usando los símbolos del lápiz a la derecha de las características actuales de tu plan, haz las modificaciones necesarias. Pues cambiar el número de contactos activos, el tipo de plan, o añadir/eliminar usuarios.

### 4. Añade complementos

Puedes añadir más complementos si lo necesitas, como el CRM, SMS, el add-on de Informes Personalizados, o aumentar tus envíos de emails mensuales.

### 5. Finalizar

Una vez hayas hecho los cambios necesarios, verás es desglose de lo que necesitas pagar, clica en **Confirmar**, y los cambios se aplicarán a tu cuenta. Los cargos adicionales se harán de forma automática a través de Stripe. La pantalla mostrará tu plan actualizado.
