# Evitar contactos SPAM

En esta sección, encontrarás información sobre cómo organizar tus contactos en ActiveCampaign.

Para evitar que contactos spam se subscriban a tus listas, te aconsejaría adoptar estas medidas:

1. Agregar captcha a todos los formularios.
2. Añadir opt-in confirmado/doble a los formularios.
3. Agregar un campo oculto al formulario.

Si está utilizando un solo opt-in, sí. Estos contactos se considerarán válidos hasta que los elimines o reboten.
